SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2days to let you know your order is on the way! Orders placed within the store hours [8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday ] will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

We typically ship via UPS or USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. ORB cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

ORB's manufacturer Warranty is covered through products sold on our website and through authorized dealers and retailers. ORB warrants the parts of the machine to be free of defects and provides service and support for the duration of the warranty period from the date of purchase. If any part is found to be defective during the warranty period, ORB will repair or replace the defective part or unit.  

The Limited Warranty will be honored under the following circumstances:

  • If purchased through an authorized dealer or retailer. (Independent sellers on Amazon, eBay, Depop, Poshmark and third party sellers are not considered authorized retailers)

  • Purchase date is within the warranty period (see list for warranties on specific model numbers below).

  • The unit has been confirmed defective after troubleshooting with the Simvergence Customer Service Team.

  • The unit has been operated based on the user manual instructions.

  • Genuine ORB Replacement Filters have been used in the unit and have been changed according to the longevity or filter reset light on the display panel.

The Limited Warranty will be voided if:

  • Non-ORB Brand filters are used in the unit.

  • One has tried to manipulate or make unauthorized technical changes to the unit.

  • Physical damage, abuse, or mishandling has been done to the unit to where it doesn’t function properly.

  • The unit has failed to comply with the user manual instructions.

  • The unit has been used outside of North America’s voltage capacity outlets.

*Additional costs for spare parts and/or shipping costs may apply during warranty inspections by the Customer Service Team. This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse, mishandling, failure to comply with product usage standards, or unauthorized repair.

The Limited Warranty does not include or cover the machine’s filters. For any damaged filters or concerns with efficiencies, please contact our Customer Service Team between 8am-5pm CST email us at info@simvergence.com.
